Public Notice: Final Directives
[Updated: 10/24/2023]To Whom It May Concern: I'm writing this post of sound mind. I have all my mental facilities and am currently not under any duress. I know that this "webpage" is not legally binding, but I also know how laws are evolving, and if anything, this is a suitable medium for at least offering directives and can be used to influence legal decisions in Federal Law. (Rules 902(13) and (14))Using this medium as my method, I do intend to have my anonymity as much as possible. For security and identification purposes (if/when the time comes), my identifying initials are: MNJB. I've provided my trustee's with my personal identification number which will verify (in the state of Colorado) my identity and match with my identifying initials provided. In the event of my passing (regardless of nature) I desire to be cremated and to have my remains transported to anywhere within the country borders of Thailand (preferably in the Sakhon Nakhon region). As for how my remains are to be treated, I have no preference. Whether spread in a natural location or dumped in a city waste. My only sole desire is to have them deposited and left in the country borders as my final resting place. To My Trustees: The method of how this is all obtained, I leave all up to you. I don't care if it's done unceremoniously or what not. All of my possessions (so long as my Mother/Sister do not desire them) are available to whomever has my identification number, a viable relation (so no random strangers can have claim) and are the ones taking care of these proceedings. I don't care if you dump my ashes into a ketchup bottle, send it in a bag that says "Please throw in trash" and mail the whole thing to Bangkok. I just want the end result. As for my pets, I trust them to my sister Emily B. If she is not available (or not willing), then I trust them to my friends Travis M, Sarah K., and/or Mike K. I also would like to leave the option available to any people of my "Nytemare" community if they are so interested. If no pet is claimed, I leave the decision of what becomes of them to my sister Emily B.To Everyone Involved: Please be aware, this is not a "self harm" or "self termination" notice and is only a final directive "just in case". Please note that if a "more recent" directive is created, then this one is (without question) null and void, but will have the same identification in place (with an updated security method.)Thank you for you time and support.

Additional Notes:1. It IS legal to ship human remains via the mail but only through USPS (United States Postal Services) and it's approved international partners. (Luckily, Thailand IS registered on the approved list.)
For more information: https://faq.usps.com/s/article/Shipping-Cremated-Remains-and-Ashes2. You can actually obtain the shipping containers for free (I believe). And I believe shipping (at the time of this post) is equivalent to First Class.3. I don't want any of my non-Colorado friends feeling neglected. I name my trustees from Colorado (or even the USA) because it's easier to conduct directives locally. (lol just saying.) Though my international peers are absolutely entitled if able (or can also assist with identification proceedings.)
